1. GST - Please note that all prices displayed on our website include GST within Australia. If you are outside of Australia the prices displayed are our current international prices. 2. All prices displayed are ONLINE buy Prices only, Our pricing online is often cheaper than our ticketed in store prices. Please note that if you are local to our area prices listed on this site are online prices only and are not usually honoured in store. Sometimes we will relax this policy to some degree governed on a case by case basis with final decision made by store management. Should you wish to discuss this particular policy please speak to the store manager prior to purchasing your item in store. Why do our prices online differ from those we have in our physical retail outlet? - Our margins online are a lot lower, sometimes razor thin online and we would not be able to operate our business in store viably if we were to sustain online pricing for in store sales. The cost to run a physical store is a lot! The cost to run an online store is minute in comparison. Our in store prices sometimes need to conform with supplier retailer pricing where as online we run our online store with competitive pricing against other online stores. Often we need to spend a lot of time with customers in store running through items which on a staff wage per hour basis can be quite costly, where as online little interaction with the customer is needed. There are many other reasons as to why prices differ online to those in store but from the information provided so far we hope you understand. Again, should you wish to discuss this particular policy please speak to the store manager prior to purchasing your item in our physical store to see if the price and policy can be relaxed to some degree for you. 3. COMPETITIVE PRICING -We keep all of our products prices competitive and as cheap as possible. However, Should you find a cheaper price on any listed item from any Australian retail outlet, mail order catalogue or online store. Please contact us quoting the product & price and the name and phone number of the company or website address. and we will get back to you with our best possible price. The condition is that the product must be from an Australian business and must be in stock. 4. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - We understand that sometimes it is hard to know exactly what you are getting or understand that sometimes you order a product online and it is not quite what you want.. Our policy is that we will accept returns by first giving us notice informing us of your decision to return within 3 days of receiving the goods. Once approval is granted for the return of the goods. You will be required to pay for the return postage (unless we have accidentally sent you the wrong item). Once the item is returned we will then refund the money for the item. You will be required to register and insure the item on the goods. If this is not done we will not be held responsible for goods that are sent for return that are lost or damaged if not insured or registered. If you are returning a product or order to us for a refund & in some exchange cases. (excluding if the issue is our fault) the refund amount you receive will be for the goods only. Freight cannot be compensated. Please also be aware that the freight that we charge you in order checkout or invoice in cases can be less or substantially less than what we actually pay the courier or postal network. If this is the case then you may be required to forfeit our actual freight cost from the refund amount you will receive. This case may apply more so to (but is not limited to) International and Outback Australia Deliveries or deliveries that contain large items. The best way to know what you will receive back is to contact us via email first before returning items. In addition the the above return policy - Please note that we may not accept return of fishing rods for incorrect choice or other reason (excluding if the issue is our fault) as some of these can be too large and too costly for you when returning to us. For warranty issues for fishing rods you may be required to contact the importer or manufacturer to make a claim. This contact information can be supplied on request. 5. Privacy Policy - We store for any such period of time when you place an order through our secure server, your name and personal contact details that you submit when placing an order on our site. If placing an order you may be automatically subscribed to our mailing list in which we do not use under any circumstances for any reason other than to promote our products or services only to the subscribed. Under no circumstance will we forward your details on to any third party other than your name, address and phone number to the parties involved with the delivery of the order. Or if an order is believed or found to be fraudulent in regards to credit card payments or other method of payment we may forward the details supplied onto the banks, Police and any other party that has an interest in the transaction. When you visit our web site our web server automatically logs certain non-personally identifiable data about your visit. this data consists of the time of your visit, your domain name or IP address, the browser and the operating system you use, the pages you visit and any links you follow to or within our web site etc. We have many partners that display advertisements to you from third party websites. If you have come directly from one of these third party websites they may use information tracked through the affiliate service provider (but have no access to your name, address, email, telephone, or payment method details). As we use affiliate marketing through certain channels the affiliates may have access to your order number if an order is placed, the sale amount, and products ordered but do not get access to any personal or personally identifiable or any financial information that you may have provided. We pay these third parties a commission for the order or in some circumstances a cost per click. 8. Security - When you shop on our online fishing store website you will find our website is safe and secure. We have the appropriate SSL Certificate and also now have ANZ eGate installed on our website for credit card processing which now includes the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code programs for extra protection to you the consumer and us as a merchant. 9. Delivery Policy: We use standard Australia Post shipping For delivery time we usually ship pretty quickly however service times for delivery can depend upon where you are located and the method of service we need to use for the goods you have ordered.
